1. A Few Thoughts On Writing

This is short, sweet and insightful.

Good ideas are easy to write, bad ideas are hard. Difficulty is a quality signal, and writer’s block usually indicates more about your ideas than your writing.

2. Strategy should be painful

I thought this article was really interesting and have found myself thinking a lot about it as tweak Superpath to help it grow. Nathan Baschez's newsletter, where this post comes from, is worth checking out.


Businesses plateau for two reasons:
1. Their strategy is wrong (Wrong Strategy Syndrome)
2. They fail to execute any strategy at all (Fuzzy Strategy Syndrome)
Unfortunately, these two separate problems have identical symptoms (stagnant growth), but opposite cures.
